This is an execution critical supply chain role, focused on translating agreed demand and supply plans into reliable customer outcomes. As a Manager Customer Supply Chain, you’ll be at the centre of customer experience, operational performance, and commercial success.

You will act as the critical link between commercial teams, customers, and supply chain operations, ensuring demand is translated into reality with precision, reliability, and impact.

 

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Own customer demand alignment and short‑term forecast refinement within agreed planning frameworks
  • Act as the primary supply chain contact for key customers
  • Lead joint planning sessions to align demand, service, and expectations
  • Drive service performance improvements (OLA, OTIF, root cause resolution)
  • Manage product lifecycle transitions smoothly with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure order fulfilment excellence through strong coordination with logistics and planning
  • Resolve short-term supply issues and maintain customer satisfaction

What you bring

  • Strong experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder alignment
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel and planning systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and manage complexity
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international environments
  • Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or complex global supply chains
  • Exposure to S&OP / S&OE processes
