Job Description
Management Assistant WC R&D

Make your next move matter

At Mölnlycke, we believe that real impact starts with people. People who are bold enough to challenge the status quo. People who care deeply for their work, their colleagues, and the world around them. People who know exactly why they do what they do.

As a global medical solutions company, we design and deliver innovative products and services across wound care, operating room solutions, gloves, and antiseptics. Our mission is to advance performance in healthcare by supporting professionals, improving outcomes, and making a difference where it matters most.

In Wound Care at Mölnlycke, we help to prevent, manage and accelerate the healing of wounds.

Why this role matters

We are looking for a high-performing and business-minded Management Assistant to partner closely with the VP R&D and PMO Wound Care and the wider leadership team.

This is not a traditional administrative role. You will act as a trusted partner, helping enable leadership effectiveness, driving structure and follow-up, and supporting execution across a complex global R&D organization.

You’ll play a central role in helping priorities translate into actions — and actions into outcomes.

R&D Wound Care is undergoing a major strategic transformation, with a strong focus on innovation, execution excellence, and business impact. In this role, you will be at the center of it, enabling leadership, shaping how we work and contributing directly to execution of our strategy.

Where you’ll make a difference

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Leadership Team effectiveness through structured meeting planning, follow-up, and governance support
  • Coordinate key business cycles including strategy, budget, people, and portfolio planning
  • Support execution discipline by tracking actions, decisions, and priorities across the leadership team
  • Organize leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and complex travel coordination
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and structuring business material to support decision-making
  • Leverage digital and AI tools to improve efficiency and ways of working
  • Act as a connector across the organization, helping identify risks, engagement topics, and organizational needs early

This role offers broad exposure across the R&D organization and requires someone who enjoys working proactively, independently, and close to senior leadership.

What you bring

You combine strong organizational capabilities with business understanding, professionalism and a proactive mindset.

You likely bring:

  • Experience Management/ Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a complex international environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, structure, and independently drive activities forward
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness
  • Strong digital skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft 365, and modern AI tools
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

You are someone who thinks ahead, connects information quickly, and takes ownership from start to finish.

What you’ll get

  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a global R&D organization
  • A highly collaborative and international environment
  • Broad business exposure and strategic insight
  • Hybrid working environment based in our HQ, Gothenburg
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • A culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Our approach to Diversity & Inclusion

We’re building a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. We believe that a diverse mix of people — from different cultures, ages, geographies, and genders — makes us stronger. It brings fresh perspectives, drives better decisions, and helps us deliver solutions that reflect the world we serve. Inclusion isn’t just a value, it’s how we work, grow, and lead together.
