We’re looking for a Global Senior HR Business Analyst who will lead the HR automation and simplification change projects for Mölnlycke.

 

This is a full-time position. The role is in HQ structures but we are looking for candidates globally.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Work with COE leads & country/site HR leads to identify & propose possible efficiency gains or unrealized synergies between markets.
  • Build strong business cases to justify any investments needed to achieve efficiency gains.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to recommend changes & solutions to address business challenges; implement solutions with acceptance from project sponsors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document HR systems process flows & requirements to lead RFP processes objectively evaluating technology options.
  • Demonstrate creative solutions that may suggest people & process changes for our business, without relying solely on systems solutions to address business needs.
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established practice.
  • Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders; use project management skills in managing projects and may provide overall project management for a given HR initiative.
  • Drive accountability with sponsors of specific projects for executing effective change management, and training on new functionality to ensure highest levels of adoption.
  • Project manage systems enhancements as well as medium to large projects such as deployment of new system or SuccessFactors modules.

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Several years of relevant experience with Business Analytics and Project Management.
  • Proven ability to partner and translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Experience running large HR technology centred change projects Performance driven/result-oriented mindset and customer focused.
  • Working knowledge of a broad range of HR disciplines and corresponding system functionality.
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English is required.
