Global Product Manager

This role gives you the chance to make a real difference to patients and caregivers. Your responsibilities will be to lead the execution of the global marketing activities for Mölnlycke’s new Oxygen Therapy solutions, support the execution of the commercial strategy and to elevate the brand. This includes planning and communicating unique evidence, claims and value propostions. Your audiences are global markets, caregivers and patients.

 

You have the marketing responsibility for the oxygen therapy product portfolio including implementation of portfolio plan, campaigns, and support to markets in driving launch excellence. We want you to spearhead the development of pioneering marketing content including novel sales tools.

As our Global Product Manager, you lead the implementation of the Oxygen Therapy marketing plan.

 

This position is located at HQ, Gothenburg.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Life cycle management of the Oxygen Therapy portfolio
  • Report and monitor KPI’s for defined products
  • Customer, competitor and market intelligence
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Maximize impact of of new evidence and health economic data
  • Drive launch excellence with local teams in launch markets
  • Support training/professional education programs

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum university degree (preferably MBA or equivalent)
  • Preferred 5 years minimum experience in sales & marketing, ideally within wound care
  • Experince from a multi-cultural environment in a regional or global role
  • Proven business acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Marketing strategy & digital marketing
  • Launch excellence
  • Fluent in English, and preferably German and/or Spanish and/or Arabic
  • Extensive international travel requiring agile adoption to multi-cultural consideration
