Mölnlycke is now looking for a Global Marketing Manager – Staff Clothing and Patient Warming to join our OR Solutions team.

Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:

  • Lead the development and deployment of brand and portfolio strategy for staff clothing and patient warming solutions.
  • Drive launch excellence for all key launches through timely commercialization, robust pre-launch and post launch activities as well as ensuring strategic marketing materials are developed and deployed.
  • Lead the development of the marketing plan and own the portfolio roadmap and assortment strategy, including end to end product lifecycle management activities.
  • Lead and manage the cross functional portfolio team to secure co-ordination and alignment with R&D, Procurement, Quality and Regulatory on strategic objectives and operational priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and advocates to support educational initiatives and market adoption of the patient warming solution.
  • Monitor and drive performance against key KPIs including sales, profitability, pricing, and launch success.
  • Frequent travel for approximately 10–15% of the time, to collaborate with global teams, engage with stakeholders, and support market activities.

What you bring

Must-haves:

  • Relevant Masters’ degree, MBA or equivalent working experience
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing and sales within the medical device industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Expertise in marketing planning, launch excellence, product life cycle management and portfolio strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and health economics is an advantage.
