If you want to launch your professional career in Marketing, Mölnlycke is the place to do it. As the Global Marketing Associate, you will support commercial initiatives and drive efficiency in the Wound Care portfolio, combining hands-on experience across teams with exposure to upstream and downstream marketing.

 

The Global Marketing Associate will:

 

  • Serve as a Global Marketing SME, supporting key processes and systems including launch excellence
  • Drive process and tool improvements in Marketing Operations, supporting testing, rollout, and adoption
  • Own delegated product administration activities, including product data, lifecycle updates and sales release support
  • Provide communications and agency support, managing briefs, approvals, content updates, and event coordination
  • Deliver marketing insights and analytics, leveraging surveys, web data, and AI-enabled tools
  • Manage and support small global portfolios or solutions, aligned to upstream Portfolio Category or downstream Solutions teams

What you bring

 

  • Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or background in science/business with a strong interest in MedTech marketing
  • Ability to work independently after receiving direction, and manage tasks proactively
  • Demonstrated self-starter with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of digital literacy across marketing and communication tools
  • Creative experience in areas such as copywriting, layout, media design, photography, or similar
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
