Mölnlycke is seeking a Global Corporate Tax Manager to join our Tax Team based in our headquarter at Gothenburg, reporting to the Group Tax Director , and supporting robust tax compliance, governance and risk management across the Group.
The position acts as a senior advisor to Group Finance and other stakeholders, providing analyses and recommendations on matters with material impact on the Group’s financial reporting, tax policy and compliance, effective tax rate and cash tax position.
Why This Role Matters
The purpose of the Global Corporate Tax Manager position is to support the effective execution of the Group’s corporate tax strategy by providing senior expertise and leadership in global corporate tax matters.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day corporate tax activities across the Group within established tax strategies, policies and governance frameworks
- Act as a senior corporate tax subject matter expert, providing analyses, interpretations and recommendations related to complex international tax legislation, including Pillar II and CbCR.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Group’s tax governance, processes and internal controls through preparation of analysis, documentation and proposals.
- Coordinate and manage tax audits, reviews and interactions with tax authorities together with the Group Tax Director and external advisors.
- Identify, assess and monitor corporate tax risks and compliance matters, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
- Provide corporate tax input and advisory support to Group Finance and other stakeholders in connection with M&A activities, restructurings and other significant business initiatives.
- Take ownership of Swedish corporate tax calculations and income tax returns, ensuring alignment with Group tax principles and reporting requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong experience of minimum 7 years in tax from multinational group, audit firm or the tax authority with an agility in IT tools and systems completed by a natural leadership to manage tax projects.

What you bring
Must haves :
- Masters degree in Taxation, Law or related field
- Work experience in tax from multinational group, audit firm or the tax authority.
- Work experience Minimum 7 years
- Digital literacy – finding it easy to adapt to new IT tools and systems. Engaged in driving automation and standardization using digital tools.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Stakeholder management and cross functional project leadership skill.
