We are now recruiting for a EMEA Marketing Manager Prevention. This role is part of the EMEA WoundCare organization and will report into the EMEA Marketing Director. This position can be based in any European country.

In this role you will secure the right input into global departments in your area of responsibility in order to meet the needs of EMEA customers regarding the development/acquisition of new solutions. Secondly, you will make sure key products, strategies and projects are successfully implemented in local markets in order to drive above market growth while using resources efficiently.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Creates a deep understanding of the EMEA Prevention environment, including: customers, market dynamics, competitors and funding models and ensures key stakeholders understand key drivers and success factors in order to support high quality and agile decision making.
  • Defines EMEA Prevention strategy in collaboration with EMEA LT & in accordance with global strategy
  • Ensures value propositions of our solutions and products are  relevant for EMEA customers and stakeholders.
  • Co-designs set-up of the relevant go-to market models in collaboration with EMEA LT and local markets.
  • Sets Prevention key focus areas in accordance with EMEA LT and global priorities.
  • Drives the implementation of focus products, key launches and key projects in order to secure impact & results and ensures Prevention launches are implemented according to launch excellence principles
  • Proposes and monitors aligned KPI’s in the field of Prevention and coordinates corrective action in collaboration with local team when necessary
  • Sets and implements EMEA pricing guidelines for Prevention in accordance with global pricing guidelines
  • Is a catalyst for cross country learning in the field of Prevention and stimulates a EMEA team approach across local marketers.
  • Ensures robust alignment between MPA and Comex for activities regarding Prevention
  • Ensures alignment on Launch Excellence, Market Access and Digital activities with his/her respective colleagues in EMEA Marketing team for activities regarding Prevention
  • Establishes strong collaborative relationships with the Global Wound Care Marketing team in the field of Prevention
  • Together with global marketing, M&E and MPA, supports the development of an EMEA KOL strategy and establishes and cultivates close relationships with key opinion leaders across EMEA
  • Together with global marketing, M&E and MPA ensures the development of a relevant clinical evidence and HE strategy supporting EMEA market access and market development
  • Co-designs and challenges local business case (new channels / geox) and actively follows-up on implementation
  • Provides high quality input to M&A activities in the field of Prevention EMEA
  • Supports competence development of local teams in the area of Prevention

 

Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree and an MBA/Business Masters is desirable
  • Substantial (+10 years) experience & proven track record in marketing and sales within the medical device industry.
  • Experience from working in an international/global position
  • Performance driven, result oriented with a track record of getting things done.
  • Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment
