We are now recruiting for a EMEA Marketing Manager Digital Transformation & Omnichannel. This role is part of the EMEA WoundCare organization and will report into the EMEA Marketing Director. This position can be based in any European country.

In this role you will secure the right input into global departments in your area of responsibility in order to meet the needs of EMEA customers regarding the development/acquisition of new solutions and communication strategies. Secondly, you will make sure digital and omnichannel strategies and projects are successfully implemented in local markets in order to drive above market growth while using resources efficiently.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Creates a deep understanding of patient pathways and HCP ecosystems in EMEA countries and ensures key stakeholders understand key drivers and success factors in order to support high quality and agile decision making.
  • Defines EMEA digital priorities in collaboration with EMEA LT & in accordance with global strategy
  • Instils an experimentation mindset, is a coach to local markets and supports competence development of local teams in the area of DTO.
  • Aligns local activities and DTO processes in such a way that results can be compared.
  • Ensures communication channels and tone of voice are relevant for EMEA patients, customers and stakeholders.
  • Co-designs set-up of relevant digital communication and go-to market models in collaboration with EMEA LT and local markets.
  • Supports implementation of focus products, key launches and key projects in order to secure impact & results
  • Proposes and monitors aligned KPI’s in the field of DTO and coordinates corrective action in collaboration with local team when necessary
  • Is a catalyst for cross country learning in the field of DTO and stimulates a EMEA team approach across local marketers.
  • Supports robust alignment between MPA and Comex for activities regarding DTO
  • Ensures alignment of digital/omnichannel activities with his/her respective colleagues in EMEA Marketing team and makes sure priorities are set to those activities that drive impact.
  • Establishes strong collaborative relationships with the Global Wound Care Marketing team in the field of DTO
  • Supports the development of an EMEA KOL & market access strategy through digital activities
  • Support the development and use of a relevant clinical and HE evidence through digital activities
  • Co-designs and challenges local business case (new channels / geox) and actively follows-up on implementation connected to DTO
  • Provides high quality input to M&A activities in the field of DTO EMEA


Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree and an MBA/Business Masters is desirable
  • +5 experience in a digital marketing environment and  proven track record in driving impactful digital / omnichannel strategies and activities preferably a medical device or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience from working in an international/global position
  • Performance driven, result oriented with a track record of getting things done.
  • Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment
