We are now recruiting for a EMEA Marketing Manager Market Access & Launch Excellence. This role is part of the EMEA WoundCare organization and will report into the EMEA Marketing Director. This position can be based in any European country.

In this role you will secure the right input into global departments (marketing, clinical, regulatory) in order to optimize market access across EMEA markets. Secondly, you will ‘quality control’ the launch process of key products and solutions and coordinate market access activities across local markets  in order to drive above market growth while using resources efficiently.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Creates a deep understanding of funding models and purchaser customer needs in EMEA and ensures key stakeholders understand key drivers and success factors in order to support high quality and agile decision making.
  • Defines EMEA market access strategy and priorities in collaboration with EMEA LT and local markets
  • Ensures economic value propositions of our solutions and products are  relevant for EMEA customers, funders and stakeholders.
  • Co-designs set-up of the relevant go-to market models in collaboration with EMEA LT and local markets in order to optimize market access.
  • Coaches local markets on the creation of stakeholder mapping, building value toward funders and the creation of market access action plans
  • Coordinates the creation of the EMEA launch roll out plan in collaboration with EMEA marketing colleagues, and in alignment with global marketing.
  • Coordinates the decision making on launch readiness per market in collaboration with EMEA marketing colleagues and local markets
  • Coordinates the development of leading and lagging indicators connected to key launches in collaboration with local markets and EMEA marketing colleagues and coordinates corrective action when necessary
  • Coaches local markets on the use of the launch excellence principles, drives the implementation of launch excellence tools and drives competence development in this field
  • Is a catalyst for cross country learning in the field of market access and launch excellence and stimulates an EMEA team approach across local marketers.
  • Ensures robust alignment between Global M&E department, global regulatory department, regional MPA and regional Comex for EMEA market access activities
  • Establishes strong collaborative relationships with the Global Wound Care Marketing team in the field of market access and launch excellence
  • Together with the global M&E team and global marketing, supports the development of an EMEA KOL strategy and establishes and cultivates close relationships with key opinion leaders across EMEA. This with the goal of creating both clinical and economic endorsement for our products and solutions and stimulating market access.
  • Together with M&E, M&A & global marketing ensures the development of a relevant clinical evidence and HE strategy supporting EMEA market access and market development
  • Co-designs and challenges local business case (new channels / geox) and actively follows-up on implementation
  • Provides high quality input to M&A activities with focus on market access related to EMEA countries

 

Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and an MBA/Business Masters is desirable
  • Substantial (+10 years) experience & proven track record dealing with economic decision makers within the medical device industry.
  • Experience from working in an international/global position
  • Performance driven, result oriented with a track record of getting things done.
  • Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment
