Mölnlycke is now looking for a Commercial Logistic Controller, based at our global HQ in Gothenburg.
As our new Commercial Logistic Controller, you will play a key role within the Group Business Control team, acting as a finance business partner to Global Logistics, Global Logistic Services, Global Customer Experience, and the Commercial organization. You will drive financial transparency, efficiency, and overall performance across global transport and logistics operations, supporting the business in meeting its cost, service, and sustainability goals. In this role, you will ensure that logistics and transport costs are accurately forecasted, reported, and analyzed, enabling business decisions that are grounded in strong financial understanding and sound commercial logic.

- Act as finance business partner to Global Logistics and Global Customer Experience.
- Strengthen financial control, accuracy, and transparency across transport and outbound costs.
- Drive understanding of key logistics cost drivers and support strategic logistics decisions.
- Deliver high‑quality analytics that empower fast, effective decisions.
- Support global markets and procurement processes with sound financial insights.
- Lead cost‑saving initiatives and identify areas for operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Controlling
- Lead month‑end closing, reporting and forecasting activities.
- Perform hands-on financial controlling, accounting, and accrual processes.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, scenario analyses, and management reporting.
- Ensure financial governance of statements, invoices, and cost management.
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis on outbound logistics cost drivers.
- Support tenders, contracting, and procurement processes with financial modelling.
- Identify, quantify, and track cost‑saving initiatives.
- Produce high‑impact insights, KPIs, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support cross-functional logistics and customer experience projects.
What You Bring
Must‑Haves
- Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of controlling experience in an international environment, ideally within logistics or supply chain.
- Strong hands‑on accounting, forecasting, and cost analysis skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial models and logistics cost drivers.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
- High IT literacy, preferably in SAP and advanced Excel.
- Solid business acumen and analytical mindset.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Project management experience.
- Power BI or similar analytics tools.
