Mölnlycke is now looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience team.

 

You will be based at our global headquarters in Gothenburg and primarily work with the Swedish market, providing support to other Nordic markets as necessary.

 

Fluency in English and Swedish is required for the position. Knowledge of any other Nordic language (DNK, FIN and NOR) is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.

 

As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will provide our customers with first-class service and act as a key player throughout the entire customer journey by supporting them from order management to successful delivery. Through your work, you will make a significant contribution to finding efficient solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Have responsibility for customer service from order to invoice
  • Gain understanding of customer needs and solution-oriented support
  • Have pro-active collaboration with local sales, internal and external stakeholders to ensure best possible support and customer satisfaction
  • Act as first point of contact for all customer interactions through telephone and written communication
  • Receive and process orders and inquiries, tracking customer shipments from order registration to delivery
  • Track logistical issues and coordinating deliveries
  • Be responsible for handling delivery and billing complaints
  • Coordinate with quality and logistics department

 

What you’ll need:

  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required 
  • Knowledge of Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish is an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum high school degree
  • Experience in customer service or a commercial role, preferably from an international company
  • Knowledge and understanding of processes from ordering to invoicing is beneficial
  • Strong customer focus and interactions experience: service and solution oriented
  • Strong communication skills, outgoing and a team player
  • Independent working style, attention to detail, structured and adept at prioritizing tasks
  • Flexibility and a high level of commitment
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office/ SAP
