Business Analyst - PLM, Quality Regulatory and Medical Affairs

The IT department is organized around delivery teams that are taking the end to end responsibility for solutions within different business areas.  

We are now looking for a curious Business Analyst to strengthen the delivery team that are working closely with Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Affairs and Product Life Cycle.

You will join a team of experienced colleagues with a mission to enable continuous data driven product development with innovation and speed in delivering to the market, supported by efficient quality processes. The team is relatively new and the applications in the portfolio consists of a mixture of mature and new solutions for our users. The team is responsible of setting the road map together with business stakeholders, and as a Business Analyst you will be a key person, having the holistic view of the portfolio. In the role you will be responsible of understanding the high-level requirements and specifications of our existing business, whilst mapping out the future models of working.

If all that sounds appealing, then here is what we would like you to demonstrate: 

 

You have experience working with global stakeholders, both within business and IT to build trust-based relationships and open communication, where you effectively align interests and take constructive action to navigate difficulties or impediments. You have a curiosity to understand not only the business needs, but also the starting point and target solution in order to quantify the scope of work. 

 

We would like to see that you have prior experience documenting customer and user needs into tangible and visualised process maps. It is advantageous if you have experience working with validated and regulated applications, but this is not a deal breaker as practical experience and the right mindset are equally important.  

 

You have a can-do attitude and can follow through on your ideas and your commitments. People around you see you as trustworthy, dependable and a collaborator.  

 

Furthermore, it is a meritorious if you are experienced in facilitating collaboration between teams and management with agile development methodologies, motivated by working collaboratively and continuously improving by giving and receiving feedback.
