We’re now looking for an Analytics & BI Support Specialist to play an important role in providing service and support in the Analytics and Business Intelligence area to Mölnlycke’s end-users. The position is located at Mölnlycke’s Headquarters in Gothenburg, where you will support local end-users and where you will be part of a dynamic team. Besides your local responsibility, you will also have a global responsibility and on daily basis you will interact with IT staff around the Mölnlycke globe. Your key accountabilities

 

Locally at HQ:

 

  • Support local end-users in the HQ organization in Gothenburg with requests and incidents in the Analytics and Business Intelligence area
  • Train end-users locally
  • Coordinate test initiatives at HQ
  • Follow Global IT Policies, Processes and procedures
  • Escalate need for new or changed processes to Local IT Manager HQ
     

On a global level:

 

  • Responsible for creating a global standard for the 1st level support of Analytics / BI  in all of Mölnlycke’s Service Desks
  • Escalate need for knowledge articles written by supplier, project or Service Owner to Service Owner
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Articles and general training information such as videos and FAQ’s for the Analytics / BI area 
  • Ensure that knowledge articles are distributed to all Service Desks globally
  • Follow up external support team and proactively improve the process
  • Test changes or new features/systems in the Analytics / BI area
  • Participate with knowledge and as tester during system upgrades
  • Train Service Desks globally
     

 

Your qualifications/experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT
  • Experience of working in and knowledge of an IT support process
  • Previous experience in writing articles, user guides or software documentation in English
  • Basic understanding of Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Warehouse concepts
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, Cognos BI or any similar Analytics reporting and/or dashboarding tool
  • Basic understanding of the ITIL process and experience of ServiceNow or similar ticket handling system
  • Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written

You are a self-starter and are eager to learn. You are proactive, efficient and have a good sense of business criticality.
