You’ll be helping to equip medical professionals around the world with solutions to improve outcomes for patients. And you’ll be developing yourself in a global environment with an inspirational culture, with lots of opportunities. All the while building a successful career, with real purpose.

About the job
As an Account Manager, you will have a flexible and independent role where you take ownership of your territory and customer relationships. You can expect to spend a significant part of your working week travelling within your district, combined with time working from your home office.
For this position, we are looking for someone based in the southern part of Sweden, preferably in Halland or further south.
The district covers Skåne, Halland, Blekinge, Kronoberg and Kalmar, together with Västernorrland and Västerbotten as satellite regions. The satellite regions are covered less frequently rather than being part of the regular weekly travel pattern.
To succeed in the role, you will need relevant commercial experience within the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or a comparable industry. You should be comfortable working independently in the field, managing your own territory and calendar and prioritising your activities to maximise customer impact and business opportunities.
These will be your key accountabilities:
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships and proactively identify opportunities within the Gloves segment.
- Drive and secure projects within the Gloves business area in line with set strategies, with a strong focus on key customers.
- Develop and present commercial offerings to secure new business while maintaining and developing existing business.
- Stay up to date with market trends regionally and nationally and report relevant findings to the Business Manager and Leadership Group.
- Create and develop relationships with key personnel and opinion leaders (KOLs) on a national level, both clinically and commercially.
What you’ll need…
- Higher-level education, preferably as a specialist OR nurse, with a specialisation in surgery or previous experience working in an operating room considered highly relevant.
- Minimum two years of commercial sales experience within medical devices, pharma or an equivalent industry.
- Experience and understanding of the operating room environment.
- Experience in pre- and post-tender work is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
- A valid driver’s licence.
What you’ll get…
- Competitive compensation package including company car.
- Wellness benefits.
- Flexible working hours.
- Great colleagues in a global company.
- An open, friendly and fair working atmosphere.
