Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Territory Manager Wound Management, based in the Lombardy region.

Your key accountabilities:

  • Implement the strategy identified for the territory through the application of appropriate commercial actions, identifying and developing new business opportunities with the aim of reaching and exceeding the turnover and profit targets.
  • Maintain and develop profitable customers in order to achieve the stated sales and profit goals.
  • Interface with key decision makers, guaranteeing the technical / commercial support necessary to satisfy the customer and maximize sales.
  • Carry out product promotion activities in order to increase business and contribute to the award of contracts and tenders in their area of competence.
  • Ensuring, through the correct implementation of our global sales process, an adequate number of development projects, maximizing the number of initiatives successfully completed on time, and achieving the assigned objectives, in quantitative and qualitative terms.
  • Know and manage the tender process in its entirety, from the pre-tender phase to the post-tender phase, involving the various departments concerned at the appropriate times (Regional Sales Manager, marketing, IT, logistics, etc.).
  • Use and update the CRM on a daily basis, ensuring the correct monitoring of projects and constant alignment of the systems to the actual progress of work


Your Profile:

  • University educated
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of the Health Care market, both hospital and territorial
  • Residence Bergamo, Brescia or Milan Provinces
  • You have developed a commercial experience of at least 3 years within dynamic realities operating in the Biomedical market;
  • You have an aptitude for teamwork, organizational skills, interpersonal skills;
  • You are used to traveling and have a strong desire to face demanding challenges;
  • You are ambitious and want to grow;
  • You are solution-oriented and are able to work collaboratively with high-level clients and present Mölnlycke as a value-added partner;
  • You approach any change with an open mind and see opportunities in the evolving market and, in particular, in the healthcare environment;
  • You have a good level of English (training programs are in English and opportunities to evolve internally will require a professional level).

We foresee a placement with a permanent contract, a salary package consisting of fixed plus variable as well as benefits such as company car, laptop, smartphone and ipad.
