You’ll be responsible for the Veneto centrale and Friuli Venezia Giulia region, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver innovative wound care solutions and drive commercial success.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Build strong knowledge of Mölnlycke’s products and value proposition, communicating their clinical and economic benefits effectively to customers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of your territory and customers, acting as their main point of contact with the support of the Customer Service Center.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers and KOLs, building trusted relationships to drive loyalty and long-term growth.
- Manage the entire tender process, from pre-tender activities through to post-tender follow-up, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor competitors, using market insights to maximise revenue and protect profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure reliable product supply to customers.
- Promote focus products across both hospital and pharmacy channels, supporting clinicians with information on availability in pharmacies and medical supply stores.
- Use and update CRM tools daily (Salesforce), ensuring accurate monitoring of projects, forecasts, and account planning in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Take responsibility for delivering accurate forecasts and budgets, demonstrating strong business accountability.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing product trials, back orders and substitutions, providing technical and informational support throughout.
Location: Field-based (Veneto centrale + Friuli Venezia Giulia), with regular travel across the territory.

What you bring:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A university degree in a scientific field and/or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales within the healthcare market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Availability to travel within the assigned territory
