If you thrive on leading high-performing teams and driving impactful sales results, our Regional Sales Manager (ORS North Area) position offers an exciting opportunity. You’ll be guiding a skilled team, empowering them to excel in delivering innovative ORS solutions, building strong partnerships across the healthcare sector in Northern Italy, and creating added value for our customers through industry-leading strategies.
Location: Field-based (North Area), available to travel on the territory in scope
What you’ll do:
- Lead, inspire, and manage the regional sales team to achieve commercial objectives and exceed expectations
- Implement Mölnlycke’s strategy within the assigned territory, identifying and developing business opportunities
- Achieve agreed regional targets and other key performance indicators
- Deploy strategic resource to maximise sales efficiency and productivity
- Contribute to national sales and marketing strategies as part of the leadership team
- Provide accurate forecasts and budget planning, ensuring reliability in financial and commercial targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and converting opportunities into business growth
- Stay ahead of market trends, delivering valuable commercial insights to support national sales and marketing strategies
- Implement marketing initiatives locally to drive additional business opportunities and brand positioning
What you’ll need:
- University degree and/or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare market
- Experience in managing a sales force
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
