Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Group Product Manager Surgical to be based in our office in Gallerate Italy.


Your key accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement of product/procedure market strategies that drive tactical execution for maximizing profitability and adoption within OR solutions.
  • Effectively manage portfolio and full products range, develop the relevant product assortments in order to maximize product profitability and achieve growth goals according to agreed strategies.
  • Monitor implementation and maintenance of the local pricing strategy within international guidelines to ensure profits are in line with or above expectations.
  • Monitor performance of designated OR solutions against plan and propose (initiate) changes to the plan /strategy to ensure targets are met. Drive marketing penetration for strategic procedures (ORTHO/LAP) through differentiation strategies while activating new demand from the targeted accounts. 
  • Develop and implement statistic tools to monitor marketing critical indicators (KPIs) and successfully drive Sales Force towards strategic upselling, value for money solutions and trays adoption defined objectives. Such activities include adequate cooperation/presence on the field.
  • Develop and secure technical competence within the sales organization in order that the sales force can sell the features and benefits of the assigned products.
  • Coordinate new product launches in order to achieve agreed sales and profit objectives. Support innovation through the identification of unmet customer needs. Ensure collaboration with key customers and KOLs during internal and field based customer events.
  • Monitor short and long-term sales trends of designated products to provide a forecast in line with the forecast accuracy targets.
  • Support communication for designated products / markets with customers / salesforce / Customer Service Centre / partners to ensure customer satisfaction and sales force motivation.
  • Support product technical dossier and update specification sheets according to differentiation strategies, competition framework and tender requirements 
  • Proactively interact with Global Marketing to  ensure alignment and local execution of agreed objectives and programs. Join international teams carrying specific local interests to the international environment. 
  • Support the Marketing Manager and proactively suggest/push the Local Marketing Strategy: by promoting the cooperation with the most influent Scientific Societies, by developing HTA studies to support the Strategic products’ Value proposition and by designing the Digital Marketing Plan.


Your Profile:

  • University educated
  • Knowledge of the Health Care market
  • Solid previous Marketing experience (4/6 years) within multinational companies (in Medical Device preferably)
  • You have an aptitude for teamwork, organizational skills, interpersonal skills
  • You have a good level of English 
  • Experience in Health Economics studies and in Digital marketing are preferred skills
