Make your next move matter
At Mölnlycke, we believe that real impact starts with people.
People who are bold enough to challenge the status quo.
People who care deeply for their work, their colleagues, and the world around them.
People who know exactly why they do what they do.
As a global medical solutions company, we design and deliver innovative products and services across wound care, operating room solutions, gloves, and antiseptics. Our mission is to advance performance in healthcare by supporting professionals, improving outcomes, and making a difference where it matters most.
We are now looking for a new SAP Finance Specialist to drive our SAP S/4HANA Transformation Journey. This position is preferably placed at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, but we also welcome applications from qualified candidates located elsewhere in Europe.
As a Finance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our SAP finance landscape and shaping the future of our digital finance capabilities. This role goes beyond system support — it is about driving meaningful change across processes, controls, and reporting through our SAP S/4HANA platform.
You will help design, optimize, and execute finance solutions that align directly with our business strategy, ensuring our SAP S/4HANA investment delivers measurable value. By streamlining financial processes, enhancing reporting transparency, and enabling data-driven decision-making, you will contribute to improved efficiency, stronger governance, and scalable growth.
As we evolve our finance operating model, you will be instrumental in shaping the roadmap, influencing system enhancements, and embedding best practices across the organization. Your expertise will help maximize the return on investment from our S/4HANA system, ensuring it becomes a true strategic enabler rather than just a transactional platform.
This is a forward-looking role where you will help define how finance supports the business of tomorrow.
