As a Emerging Market Manager, you will maximise sales growth and profitability for the Wound Care business in Indonesia. You will also enhance the pipeline and strengthen resilience for the Wound Care in Indonesia.
Location: Indonesia
What you’ll do
- Achievement of the overall financial targets of the WC business in Indonesia.
- Develop the distributor relationship. This could include adding, removing, or switching distributors to achieve optimal results.
- Setting and following up clear objectives and account plans with distribution partner(s) to steer the work according to financial targets.
- Support distributors in developing clear segmentation and targeting strategies, aligning with Mölnlycke’s therapy approach model.
- Ensure distributors' sales teams receive the training and support they require to effectively represent Mölnlycke in the field.
- Develop new business / partnership opportunities with distributors, hospitals, and governments.
- Work with the SEA regional marketing team to support distributors with sales tools and materials that support sales target achievement.
- Work with the SEA Clinical Engagement team to organize Professional Education, develop KOL engagement plans and local clinical evidence.
- Work with the SEA Regulatory Affairs team to ensure valid import licenses.
- Work with the Global Legal team on Distribution Agreements and the Compliance team to ensure the distributors are in compliance with Mölnlycke’s business ethics.
- Serve as a gateway to monitor and report product complaints to the Quality Assurance team.
- Support the Accounts team to follow up with payments from the distributors.
- Set local market prices in line with SEA regional guidelines, and in cooperation with regional marketing and finance.
- Provide updates with regards to market conditions, competitors, and any other relevant information to management on a monthly basis.
- Provide monthly reporting, including In-Market-Sales data, Purchase Orders, competitor information as well as monthly product forecasts. Work with the Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure healthy inventory in all markets.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews and yearly business planning with all distributors.
- Support distributors in monitoring and participating in tenders in their markets.
- Explore the TKDN opportunity and whether we need a local manufacturing / re-dressing presence.
- Explore taking back the product licences from the local distributor

What you’ll need
- Education: University degree, preferably in Science and / or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of sales and marketing experience in a multinational healthcare company, with a minimum of 5 years working in the Indonesian market.
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written English and Indonesian Bahasa.
- Travel: 50% within Indonesia.
