Mölnlycke is now looking for a Replenishment & Logistics Operations Planner

What You’ll Do:
- Replenishment Execution: Plan, manage and execute replenishment strategies between local warehouses and sites. Secure solutions for deviations to maintain strict adherence to timelines and ensure continuity of supply.
- Data and Inventory Management: Monitor warehousing data, manage inventory accuracy, and organize scrapping activities. Ensure that planning and physical loading/receipt are executed efficiently to optimize storage levels and minimize handling costs.
- Demand Control: Assess the impact of unexpected large customer orders on the entire network and make decision to limit the supply risk for other customers.
- System and Process Optimization: Support new system implementations, maintain relevant master data for replenishment flow, and actively participate in improving supply chain operations through scenario creation and assessment.
- Performance Management: Monitor warehouse performance, identify critical situations, and develop action plans to achieve targeted performance levels. Provide specific warehouse customer performance data for use in local markets and follow up with corrective actions.
- Project Leadership: Participate in, coordinate, and occasionally lead logistics projects. Stimulate your knowledge base, implement lean methodologies for continuous improvement, and work on rollouts of new functionalities.

What You’ll Need:
- Experience in logistics or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English and French; additional languages are beneficial.
- IT Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with Maestro or similar S&OP planning tools.
- Adaptability: Capable of handling operational constraints such as tight deadlines and urgent demands.
- Customer Service Orientation: Service-minded with a documented customer-oriented approach.
- Logistics and Network Management: Skilled in network design, supplier management, and logistic operations with a focus on operational excellence.
- Experience: Practical experience in supply chain planning and/or logistics covering inbound, outbound, warehousing, transport, and third-party logistics management, or a relevant bachelor's degree. Experience working in an international environment.
