Role: Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Coordinator (EHSS)

As an EHSS Coordinator you’ll support the EHSS Manager in daily activities which directly contribute to safe working environment and improvement of our business
You’ll make a significant contributions in the following area:
- Compiling EHSS reports, conducting analysis and developing relevant training materials
- Assist with the completion of safety and environmental audits for all areas
- Report any compliance concerns to relevant line managers and create follow up actions
- Carry out risk and COSHH assessments, ensuring these are followed for onsite tasks as required
- Maintenance of the Environmental, Health and Safety management procedure and process documentation.
- Completing floor safety walks to monitor site activities, reduce risks and impact on the environment and our neighbours
- Liaise with project leads to ensure compliance of work permits for all onsite contractors
- Collate and maintain accident/hazard data and conduct analysis.
- Arranging EHSS legal training as required for site personnel such as FLT and first aid.

- H&S qualification or equivalent – Desirable
