As the Global Market Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to future proof the Molnlycke brand. You will lead a forward-looking innovation agenda beyond core solutions, driving disruptive digital services and new business models across care settings through agile, collaborative approaches.

 

The Global Market Development Manager will:

 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in a defined care setting, channel, or strategic theme
  • Lead discovery of new routes to market beyond traditional healthcare channels (including mass retail, pharmacy, ecommerce and emerging consumerhealth models)
  • Develop futureready commercial and pricing models suited to OTC and retail environments, balancing accessibility, value perception, and sustainable margin across geographies
  • Translate unmet consumer, shopper, and retailer pain points into a forwardlooking innovation agenda, identifying opportunities for new categories, propositions, and formats
  • Prioritise initiatives using a fail-fast, test-and-learn approach with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate across Global Marketing to align strategy and translate priorities into a balanced portfolio roadmap
  • Generate and share insights on macro trends, channel shifts, and competitors to inform strategic planning

What you bring

 

  • Educated to degree level, ideally within Marketing, Business or similar field
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex regulatory, compliance, and quality environments while driving commercial innovation and growth
  • Proven global marketing leadership, with local market execution experience
  • Deep expertise in strategy, market insights, product lifecycle, and gotomarket
  • Experience translating clinical, technical, or regulatory constraints into viable OTC, retail, or consumerfacing propositions
  • Demonstrates the ability to think beyond current market needs and collaborate with markets to shape feasible, high-impact go-to-market strategies
  • Experience developing retailready value propositions, including pricing, packaging, assortment, and gotomarket strategies across geographies
  • Thrive in uncertain, fastevolving environments with limited precedent or established playbooks
  • Demonstrated ability to make progress without perfect data, adapting direction as new insights emerge
