Your Role – You make the difference
As Commercial Business Controller DACH (m/f/d) you will act as a key finance business partner for the Operation Room Solutions business area, driving business performance and supporting value creation through transparent financial insights, robust analysis, and effective business steering.

Hybrid role with 1-2 office days at our new office location.
Contract: You will be offered an initial 24‑month contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on business needs. Start date flexible, preferably as soon as possible.
You’ll make a significant contribution in the following areas:
- Work as a business partner for the Operation Room Solutions business area in close collaboration with the business area lead and its leadership team.
- Challenge business assumptions and provide objective financial perspectives.
- Provide financial guidance, consultancy, advice, co-leadership, and governance to act as a holistic value integrator to the business.
- Drive and support business planning and forecasting processes, ensuring effective and cohesive communication.
- Ensure transparency of financial results and cost drivers through internal reporting, transforming data into actionable insights to enable timely and effective decision-making.
- Work closely with pricing to provide end-to-end analysis of operational P&L and working capital, with a focus on sales to gross profit.
- Facilitate alignment between commercial, finance, pricing, and operations to ensure consistent financial steering.
- Support the financial aspects of the local Mölnlycke Business Management Process.
What you will need:
- Academic degree in Controlling / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Business Controller.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and intermediate German language skills required.
- Highly IT literate; proficient in SAP, and Excel.
- Experience in life science industry is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Controlling and Business Partnering.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex business issues and provide solutions.
- Planning & Organizing: Structured, methodical approach to workload management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills across all levels of Finance.
- Process Improvement: Seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Working effectively with GBS and Group Finance teams.
