Join Mölnlycke Healthcare as a Director of Strategic Accounts for the Post-Acute market where you'll play a critical role in driving growth and delivering value-based solutions across key healthcare segments, including Skilled Nursing Facility chains, Home Health organizations, DME billers, Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, Rehabilitation Facilities, Wound Care Clinic Networks, and Insurance Payer organizations.
As a trusted business partner, you will develop and expand executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, and execute strategic account plans that drive profitable growth. Leveraging strong negotiation, consultative selling, and large account management experience, you'll lead and influence cross-functional teams while coordinating internal resources to deliver customer-focused solutions that strengthen Mölnlycke's premium market position and improve patient care.

What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic growth plans for assigned national and regional strategic accounts.
- Drive continuous pipeline development through identification of new business opportunities and cultivation of relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Expand business within existing accounts through introduction of new products, communication of clinical and economic value, and adoption of innovative solutions.
- Serve as the executive lead for assigned accounts, coordinating cross-functional account leadership teams including Region Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Clinical Specialists, and key internal stakeholders.
- Establish and strengthen customer relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives, clinical leaders, supply chain professionals, and key influencers.
- Lead contract negotiations, sales presentations, and business discussions to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Develop pricing, contracting, and clinical value strategies and present recommendations to the pricing committee for approval and implementation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Clinical, Health Economics, Contract Administration, Customer Service, Legal, and other internal teams to develop and execute account growth strategies.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, provide performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to customers and internal leadership.
- Analyze customer needs, product utilization, market trends, and sales performance to identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges through effective collaboration with customer service and internal support teams.
- Foster strong customer partnerships by delivering exceptional service and proactively addressing evolving business and clinical needs.
- Maintain regular communication across internal departments to align sales goals, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, product availability, and contract performance.
- Manage sales administration activities including CRM documentation, forecasting, reporting, business planning, expense management, customer records, and special projects.

What You'll Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably within the Post-Acute market. Strong experience selling into Post-Acute care settings including Home Health, LTC/SNF, DME, LTAC, Rehabilitation, or related healthcare environments. Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar people leadership role.
- Account Management: Demonstrated experience managing large strategic accounts and building executive-level customer relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales-related business systems, including forecasting, reporting, business planning, order management, and customer record management.
- Travel & Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 60%. Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain required credentialing.
