Location: Remote (U.S. – field-based)

At Mölnlycke, we’re looking for a Director of National Accounts who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and influence. This is not a traditional sales role—it’s an opportunity to partner with commercial leadership and to help shape long-term strategy, build complex pricing architectures, and partner across the business to deliver meaningful value to customers across the continuum of care.

What you’ll do

  • Lead GPO strategy, contracting, and negotiations
  • , design and execute aligned to multi-year business objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated solutions
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive level internal stakeholders - aligning pricing architecture with broader commercial strategy
  • Navigate complex RFP/RFI processes and ensure strong contract execution and pull-through
  • Build and maintain executive/senior-level customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner
  • Anticipate market dynamics and external pressures (e.g., supply chain, geopolitical, economic) and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Support field sales teams in maximizing contract value and driving adoption

This role earns a competitive base salary, annual bonus and car reimbursement.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in national or corporate accounts, GPO sourcing process, and experience in executive level call points
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen - ability to connect pricing, contracts, and long-term market positioning
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex stakeholder environments, both internally and externally
  • Ability to lead through influence and operate effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Background in medical device or related healthcare industry
  • Prior team or enterprise project leadership experience preferred
