Director, Finance Planning & Analysis
About the Role
Molnlycke is seeking a strategic finance leader to join our Surgical Finance team as Director of FP&A for our US Gloves and Antiseptics businesses. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with the VP of Gloves and VP of Antiseptics to drive financial performance, guide strategic investments, and ensure financial integrity across planning, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll be a key voice in commercial decision-making and business development, helping shape the future of two critical product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Gloves and Antiseptics.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving performance through analytics and financial insights.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to enhance business visibility and decision-making.
- Manage the MBM demand planning process in partnership with commercial sales.
- Support sales and marketing investment evaluations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide ad-hoc financial support for special projects and initiatives.
- Act as an influential member on pricing committees to ensure pricing excellence and financial target achievement.
- Collaborate with Global and Corporate teams on investment decisions, including financial diligence and deal structuring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in commercial finance or FP&A.
- Strong financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills.
- Proven experience as a strategic business partner with a track record of improving financial performance.
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in business modeling across corporate functions and performance improvement.
- Prior managerial experience preferred.
