Director, Integrated Marketing Communications

 Location: Atlanta preferred, remote option available  within EST or CST time zone

We're seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications with Medtech / Med Device Experience. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the voice of a trusted brand, develop and execute comprehensive, scalable marketing and communications strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth. What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with company objectives, increase brand visibility, and drive customer engagement.
  • Develop and gather data to monitor, track, and measure a customer acquisition strategy to ensure growth objectives are met across critical target segments.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, vision, and tone across all communications and marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, social, email, print, and events.
  • Oversee marketing automation programs, including audience segmentation and testing.
  • Collaborate with external vendors/contractors and key internal teams to align marketing and communications efforts with business goals, product launches, and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Guide the creation of compelling content across all platforms, ensuring that messaging resonates with key audiences and reflects the brand’s voice and values.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of marketing and communications professionals.
  • Develop and manage marketing and communications budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for campaigns and initiatives.

 

What We’re Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in integrated healthcare marketing and communications, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership/team management role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns across paid media, social, email, print, and experiential marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, SalesForce and Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email and social media strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • A player/coach mentality that makes you excited to roll up your sleeves to advance projects directly, while also managing high-performing teams.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple business lines and matrixed organizations to help drive results.
  • Align activities and resources around a clear understanding of customer needs and a desire to create the best customer experience.
