We’re hiring a Key Account Manager in the Texas market!

 

In this role, you’ll be the strategic partner for hospital systems, regional collaborative groups, and post-acute networks across the continuum of care. You’ll lead cross-functional teams (without direct reporting lines) to develop and execute account strategies, build executive-level relationships, and negotiate complex agreements that drive growth and strengthen partnerships.

This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader with exceptional negotiation skills, key account management experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level. What you’ll do:

 

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned accounts, including stakeholder analysis and opportunity strategies across the continuum of care.
  • Build, maintain, and grow executive-level relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts through product introductions, solution presentations, and value-based selling.
  • Represent Mölnlycke in negotiations and achieve established sales goals.
  • Leverage internal resources (Finance, Marketing, Clinical, Health Economics, Contract Administration, Legal) to support account strategies.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service.
  • Collaborate internally to share best practices and maintain a positive, team-oriented approach.
  • Complete administrative tasks including reports, expense tracking, and order processing.
  • Uphold a positive and collaborative approach internally and externally, sharing new programs, best practices, and successes/challenges

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

The salary range for this role is $133,400 to $152,250

What you’ll need:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study, from accredited college / university
  • 5-7 years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales; experience in medical device is strongly preferred; experience with account management for medium to large IDNs
  • Executive level selling experience preferred
  • High level of communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job which may include COVID vaccinations
