In Wound Care at Mölnlycke, we help to prevent, manage and accelerate the healing of wounds.

 

As the Commercial Manger, reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will work to maximise business opportunities within our Woundcare Retail, Wholesaler and B2B channels by effectively planning and prioritising customer engagement related to promotions and pricing initiatives.

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Manage key relationships with Wholesalers, Retailers and B2B channels to identify risks and opportunities in line with market trends
  • Analyse account performance and make commercially viable recommendations to continually improve account growth
  • Drive brand strategy via promotional plans, pricing and supply chain initiatives and solutions to deliver year on year growth
  • Build solid relationships with other internal departments (marketing, sales, customer services, logistics) to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full

What you’ll need

 

  • Proven experience creating and executing business planning strategies – Essential
  • Ability to assess commercial viability of projects and initiatives – Essential
  • Understanding of complex contract management - Essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Essential
  • Experience working with Wholesale, Retail and B2B channels – Highly Desirable
  • FMCG or category management experience - Desirable
  • Knowledge of healthcare products - Beneficial
