As a Channel Development Manager, SEA, you will shape and scale our E-Commerce business across SEA, driving sustainable growth and elevating our brand’s digital presence. With a strong focus on performance, customer experience, and profitability, you turn ambitious expansion goals into measurable success.

What you’ll do
- Devise and implement E-Commerce strategies to increase brand awareness & revenue growth across our E-com channel
- Build and grow a winning E-Commerce strategy across SEA markets
- Develop and implement market-specific go-to-market models
- Collaborate with distributors and partners to execute growth plans
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce strategy and execution, from commercial planning to campaign delivery and optimisation.
- Manage all the vendors to drive higher performance and operation efficiency
- Drive improvements of all E-Commerce sales channels, including official sites, marketplaces and flash sale sites, to improve acquisition traffic, conversion rate and retention rate
- Effectively manage and partner with Marketing, IT/ Digital team and Supply Chain etc to ensure best-in-class online user experience
- Communicate on regular basis to all stakeholders, the performance and vision of the online business

What you’ll need
- 8–10+ years’ experience in e-commerce or digital business, ideally within SEA, with demonstrable experience in launching new e-commerce markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Deep understanding of SEA e-commerce markets, including scaling both established and successfully initiating operations in emerging markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
- Results-driven self-starter, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and digital analytics, with a data-led mindset.
- Customer-first approach, with experience optimising online journeys and driving conversion.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.
