The APAC CRM Specialist is responsible for a critical part in operating CRM platform and improving sales performance by ensuring the health, integrity, and effective use of the CRM system, and by translating complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations for the regional commercial excellence.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or Bangkok, Thailand
What you’ll do
- Drive OneCRM adoption and strengthen sales pipeline through seamless operations
- Support APAC commercial strategies with in-country CRM management and data analysis for actionable insights
- Lead CRM analytics and commercial insights and support sale rep performance improvement & sales outcome
- Territorial customer accounts management to track and monitor targeted accounts to improve sales process and commercial outcomes

- Continuous OneCRM project implementation (currently only implementing SalesCloud in APAC) in Global IT team collaboration
- Maintain the health and integrity of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and user access control.
- Develop and implement best practices for data entry, hygiene, and management within Salesforce.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to Salesforce users across the organization, ensuring high adoption and proficiency.
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI to track key sales metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, win rates, deal size, forecast accuracy).
- Utilize data extraction and manipulation to prepare data sets for detailed analysis and Power BI integration.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for commercial teams, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with sales leadership and sales representatives to transform data insights into effective sales strategies and tactics.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM administration and sales analytics, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and operations (or comparable Tier 1 CRM).
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI, for designing and delivering executive-level dashboards.
- Proven experience in utilizing SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
