Sales & Marketing Activation Specialist Hungary

As Sales & Marketing Activation Specialist, there is opportunity to make a significant impact in providing marketing and sales support to the ORS business area in terms of strategy execution and coordination of marketing and sales activities.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  1. Marketing and communication
  • participating in the marketing planning process and executing the local marketing plan,
  • coordinating and delivering assigned marketing projects,
  • managing the translation process with a proper balance of internal and external resources (agencies),
  • acting as the local liaison for website updates and uploading assets on the EPI server.
  1. Events and external partnerships
  • organizing internal and third-party events, attending them when requested, and gathering insights for future evaluation,
  • contracting speakers and KOLs in a compliant way,
  • actively participating in planning activities with local professional and industry associations,
  • providing product or other relevant information to distributors.
  1. Sales support and market intelligence
  • gathering market information, monitoring competition and Key Account activities, identifying relevant events/congresses, and sharing insights with stakeholders,
  • providing product or other information to distributors,
  • monitoring and informing the sales force about new in-focus tenders, and supporting/coordinating the delivery of required tender documentation,
  • coordinating the delivery of required materials and samples, including sales tools adaptation and production.
  1. Operations and process management
  • managing the Ad Merch budget in collaboration with CEE Marketing, from purchase order to invoicing, in a compliant way,
  • coordinating the GEOX (Geographical Expansion) process in alignment with the CEE Product Marketing Manager,
  • supporting the notification and regulatory process, including reimbursement,
  • owning price management, updating pricelists, and cooperating with Finance and COMEX.

 

We expect you to have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executing marketing-related activities, including project coordination, event organization, and collaboration with sales teams, preferably within a large, international organization operating under high professional standards.

Experience in the healthcare sector is highly valued, due to familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and suppliers, including evaluating media offers, overseeing production of promotional materials, and selecting appropriate vendors.
  • High level of ownership and self-drive, with a proactive approach to task execution and problem-solving.
  • Business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating understanding of commercial processes and experience in working with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in creating timelines, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Operational decision-making capabilities, especially in event logistics, cost control, and assessing the potential of local speakers and KOLs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to ensure effective information flow across internal teams and external partners.
  • Full professional proficiency in Hungarian and excellent command of English.
