If you’re ready to challenge yourself in a new environment and have a real support, Mölnlycke will support you every step of the way. As Market Access Manager Wound Care CEE, there is opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • analyzing of health policy trends and developments related to Mölnlycke products, including information of relevant stakeholders and developing and implementing of recommendations and action plans;
  • developing and implementing of communication strategies and action plans  for health policy trends, market access and reimbursement capability;
  • developing and implementing of recommendations and action plans for market access and to ensure reimbursability of wound care products, including new product launches;
  • coordinating approval of pre-launch business cases and assess launch readiness per market prior to approving in-country launch;
  • driving the strategic process of reimbursement/market access across CEE, creating and maintaining standardized approach to market access taking into consideration different reimbursement stages across CEE countries;
  • developing, in collaboration with local marketers, strong and effective KOL and key customer relationships to enhance market opportunity understanding, product evaluation and conversions;
  • continuous & structured  cooperation with KOLs and other Stakeholders, creating KOLs “hub” for CEE to better leverage reimbursement initiatives in different countries in the future;
  • supporting local business managers in the development and execution of market access strategies by connecting them to the appropriate global/regional resources.

 

What you’ll need

  • Successful multiyear international market access experience within healthcare company with strong reputation in CEE (medical devices industry highly preferred). Extensive knowledge of the market environment for medical technology.
  • Extended experience in cooperation with politicians, economic organizations and healthcare providers;
  • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and relationship building with KOLs.
  • Proven capability in informal leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire others;
  • Mature personality and open-minded mindset.
  • Native level one of CEE language and fluent in English.
