Job Description
Lead Global Supply Network Planner

Lead Global Supply Network Planner – Wound Care Division

Remote – Preferred proximity to Maine, Boston, Atlanta, or Anderson | Travel ~2x/month

At Mölnlycke, we’re committed to driving smarter, faster, and more resilient supply chains that help healthcare professionals deliver better care. As a Lead Global Supply Network Planner, you won’t just plan—you’ll orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for a critical product assortment in our Wound Care division.

This is a high-impact role for a confident, strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex challenges and influencing cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions that balance customer demand, supply constraints, and long-term business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the supply and delivery plans for your product portfolio, ensuring feasibility across raw materials, finished goods, and capacity.
  • Set and maintain planning parameters in SAP/APO and RapidResponse, keeping the system healthy and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead planning in the 0–24 month horizon (from tactical execution to strategic alignment), and support inventory health, SLOB, and scrap processes.
  • Partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Customer Experience, and Global Operations teams to ensure visibility, communication, and responsiveness across the supply chain.
  • Monitor and report key KPIs like OLA, OLC, backorders, and inventory levels to support monthly S&OP (MBM) cycles.
  • Proactively identify risks, run mitigation scenarios, and act as a key contributor during product launches, transitions (PIPO), and supply crises.
  • Serve as the Operations SuperUser for SAP/APO/RapidResponse, training team members and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Influence and lead demand control, allocation, and prioritization decisions in partnership with regional and global stakeholders.

What You’ll Receive:

Offers of employment consider various factors including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements. Beyond competitive pay, Mölnlycke Health Care offers comprehensive benefits and fosters a supportive, inclusive culture that prioritizes employee well-being and professional growth. Join us and experience a workplace where your contributions are valued and your career can thrive!

Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life harmony.

  • Medical, dental and vision plans are available from your first day of employment, and provide extensive coverage through multiple options so you can find the right fit for you and your family.
  • Financial benefits include a robust 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and both flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts.
  • Molnlycke offers generous paid time off, paid parental leave, an Employee Assistance Program and lifestyle perks like discounted access to entertainment and travel.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field required (or 10+ years of equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory control, or forecasting—preferably in consumer products, medical devices, or life sciences.
  • Expertise in SAP ECC/APO, RapidResponse (Maestro), Microsoft Excel (advanced), and ideally Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset—able to connect supply plans with business strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Agile, collaborative, and customer-focused—you bring a sense of urgency, but also a strategic eye.
  • Excellent communication skills—you know how to influence across teams and speak the language of both operations and commercial functions.

Our approach to diversity and inclusion

At Molnlycke, diversity is not just a vision, but our strength. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace that values and celebrates the power of diversity. At the heart of our commitment is the belief that diversity fuels innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. We invite you to be a part of a team where authenticity is embraced and every employee, regardless of background or any other traits, experiences a true sense of belonging. Your attitude, drive, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn are just as important to us as the requirements for the role.
