Mölnlycke is now looking for a Granulox Account Manager to join as part of our wider Woundcare team, covering our southern territory

 

As an Account Manager, you would play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Wound Care division, specifically focusing on our key product, Granulox, which is a topical haemoglobin-based spray for use on chronic wounds.

You will be responsible for developing the business in your area, focusing on targeted accounts and Sales opportunities to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. Implementing the country and regional strategy for growth, marketing, and launch of campaigns, products, and services. 

 

Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to; 

 

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and other key stakeholders to reach agreed sales targets  
  • Develop and execute account plans in line with local strategies  
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop a healthy pipeline to secure existing and develop new business.   
  • Report and maintain customer data, sales opportunities, and activities in CRM 
  • Actively identify and provide input on competitive information to strengthen business intelligence 
  • Handle complaint according to Mölnlycke policy.   
  • Execute defined pretender and tender implementation plans 
  • Identify and build relationships with local KOLs 
  • Account for the local strategic plan and annual budget process 
  • Account for analyzing & monitoring the development of the business and ensuring that corrective actions are taken. 
  • Provide input to global & regional strategies to secure short and long-term strategies adjusted to the local market needs.  
  • Account that agreed KPIs are met  
  • Account for establishing and maintaining relationships within customer & trade organizations with emphasize on higher-level stakeholders 
  • Account for the tender process to develop and grow the business

What you’ll need

 

  • Minimum of 2 successful years sales experience within woundcare consumable products 
  • University degree, preferably in business or nursing.  
  • Business Acumen, highly motivated, target driven with a proven track record in sales  
  • Product & clinical environment knowledge 
  • Selling skills, with the ability to deliver presentations 
  • Great planning, customer insights and communication
