Your Role:
As a Tender and Contract Specialist, your role will be central to ensuring the quality and success of our tender submissions. You will manage the complete local tender process, ensuring that every step meets the highest standards. In addition, you will lead the contract lifecycle and handle system integrations—all while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall process.

 

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, driving forward our sustainability agenda and pushing the envelope in digital transformation. At Mölnlycke, you’ll not only suggest improvements, but take the lead in making them happen. What You Need to Succeed:

  • A degree in business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in tender management (experience within life sciences is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce/Veeva/Model N
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
