Mölnlycke is now hiring a Sales Manager – Wound Care to join our Wound Care Sales team, Belgium. This position will be homebased. As our new Sales Manager, you will lead and direct the country organization in order to achieve revenue targets as well as grow the organization in accordance with the global company targets. You will also interact with, coach and support the sales organization positions in order to establish a process of learning and development thereby increasing performance and the overall sales force effectiveness.

Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:

  • Execute sales strategies for the Wound Care business in line with overall Mölnlycke strategy, maximizing sales and profitability.
  • Develop short and long-term business plans in order to reach objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate long-term market trends in order to exploit opportunities for future growth of profitable business and manage risks.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with KOL and key customers.
  • Lead and motivate the sales organization to continually strive for outstanding results and above-budget performance.
  • Assure optimal functioning of the sales organization, including employee engagement, succession planning and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Own and execute pricing strategies in line with local and Global guidelines to ensure profitability is managed effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures on Adverse Events, Code of Conduct and Good Distribution Practice.

What you bring 

  • Proven track record in a senior healthcare/medical device sales management role.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, people management and influencing skills with the ability to inspire others and build effective teams.
  • A strategic thinker and an excellent communicator.
  • University degree, Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Personality in line with High-Performance Behaviors.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Understanding of the healthcare market dynamics, procurement landscape, tenders and contracts.
  • Understanding of the healthcare medical device market.
  • Knowledge of the health economics and financing of hospitals.
  • Fluent local language and English Language Skills.
