The Belgian Wound Care team is looking for an Account Manager to play an important role in the Wound Care segment. The region waiting for you? Brussels / Hainaut / Brabant-Walloon.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You identify opportunities and own the total wound care business within Home Care organizations and Hospitals in your region.
  • You create long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and key opinion leaders in both Home Care and hospitals. You make Mölnlycke top of mind by educating your customers and exploiting the right initiatives (regional meetings, peer to peer).
  • You master our Wound product portfolio with the support of the Wound Marketing team.
  • You own tender processes and you succeed in gathering all relevant stakeholders around the table.

 

Your capabilities:

  • You look back on relevant healthcare experience, preferably within wound care or medical device environment.
  • You’re a go-getter and you’re the best when it comes to selling a product portfolio where significant negotiation and education for stakeholders is needed.
  • You approach any change with an open mindset and you see opportunities in the fast-changing market and healthcare environment.
  • You can take one for the team because we believe ‘teamwork makes the dream work’.
  • You keep yourself motivated, although your manager will of course also recognize your good work.
  • You balance the talking and listening, making you a strong communicator with different individuals.
  • You prioritize and plan your work as you see fit, we trust you to do it in the most effective way.
  • The French language doesn't hold any secrets for you
  • You get by in English, given our training programs are in English. Also, if you’d like to develop and grow within the company, this is a prerequisite. 
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
