Regional Channel Manager Beijing

As a Regional Channel Manager, you will manage the distributors, including evaluate the distributors, negotiate with the distributors, etc.
Location: Beijing
What you’ll do
• screen, recruit, interview and validate capable distributors to comply with Molnlycke distributorship regulation and compliance;
•Terminate incompetent or violated policy distributors when needed;
•Execute Molnlycke distributorship SOP to facilitate all distributors sign up annual agreement, clarify annual sales target, territory and authorized hospitals to achieve annual sales target, validate and ensure authorized corresponding account sales target accuracy;
•Analysis monthly Finance sales-In & Sales-out data and reflect significant sales figures variance to all stakeholders and conduct spot check to suspected distributors;
•Monitor distributors’ sales out flow to ensure data accuracy and reasonable balance to eliminate misleading flow and distribution or cross-border selling;
•Have regular business visit to key distributors to collect and validate distributors’ background, profile, on-hand inventory, ordering process, market information, hospitals sales circumstance and competition periodically;
Clear provincial distributor strategy to promote business development

What you’ll need
Capabilities
1. Integrity and hones behaviors, objectively to assess all of distributors' application and complaints;
2. Superior communication and negotiation skills;
3. Good business acumen and agility to manage complex distributors management, analyze sales data and market intelligence.
4.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree;
2. At least 3~5 years solid tracked record of dedication in government affairs, distributors management and sales team management;
3. Experienced in Parma, Medical device or related field MNCs and familiar with government policy, hospitals process and agreement negotiation;
4. Managed more than 3 provinces or 20 distributors experience or managed above DSM position;
