Product Manager




This position will have responsibility to support and manage all Wound Care products from a sales and scientific marketing perspective for China to achieve strategic objectives and financial targets in accordance to the company’s strategic directions.   




To support Marketing Manager to achieve targets within the allocated budget:
- Achievement of sales target
- Achievement of market share target
- Control of marketing and promotional expenses within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI


To support Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategy and tactics optimally
- Make product tactical plan.
- Execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional materials and ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally and thoroughly to meet agreed objectives
- Integration and co-ordination of marketing activities through effective sales force support and engagement efforts
- Accurate collection, analyses and monitoring of market intelligence including competitors’ information


To build up and maintain excellent collaboration with other functions:
- In consultation with Training function to ensure the input and involvement of sales force brand-related training as appropriate
- Collaboration with Commercial department to ensure the strategy well implemented in those uncovered hospitals,  and channels.
- Collaboration with Medical Affairs and Regulatory function to provide quality and evidence-based promotional support to sales force that would nurture and support strong Brand positioning

- Establish partnership and relationship with KOL to develop and strengthen brand endorsement

Fluent spoken and written English.

At least one-year product management experience with Clinical Medical background. Experienced in the business of WC industry is preferred. Sales/Sales Training experience is a plus.
Strong oral and written language proficiency in English & Mandarin.
Travelling is essential and must hold legal, valid and flexible travelling documents for regional and international travels.
Professional image, pleasant personality (patient, motivational) essential for interacting with internal staff and customers.
Organized and discipline in handling routine tasks.
