Mölnlycke is now looking for an Product Specialist in Wound Care at Mölnlycke, were we help to prevent, manage, and accelerate the healing of wounds. 

 

As a Product Specialist , you would play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Wound Care division, specifically focusing on our key product promotion.

You will be responsible for developing the business in a specific area, maintain full communication with clinical customers and distributors, and  work on sales opportunities in a defined territory on targeted accounts.  Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to:

 

•Target Management

 Clarify the IMS target and the target hospitals at the beginning with line manager and deliver the financial/business result expected from the individual target area

•Account Opening

 Review the new hospitals in the area monthly to monitor the opening opportunity

 Find the target customers in the new hospitals to inquire the needs and to find the opportunities

 Make plans to open new accounts and analysis the gap and reasons monthly

 Develop new distributors to complete new hospital development if needed

 Collaborate with distributors to complete bills of lading, negotiation, and price entry

•Product Listing

  Introduce the new products to target customers through PEPR activities

  Follow up the feedback of the target customers after the academic calls and activities, find whether there's any opportunity to try out the new products

  Develop new distributors to complete new product development if needed

  Collaborate with distributors to complete bills of lading, negotiation, and price entry

•Market information collection and report

  Monthly collect and share information about the territory (such like but not limited to latest information of local pricing bureau, the pricing platform, competitors) and keep line manager and relevant business support functions informed

•Sales force effectiveness Management

  Complete the CRM Veeva criterions including customer visiting calls, GPS progress, PEPR activities, ect.

•Distributor Management

  Calibrate the individual IMS data monthly

  Review and manage key distributors weekly

  Manage business order and inventory per month

  Remind the distributors to complete the target monthly

  Give training for the distributors in the individual area at least 1 time per month

  Involved in searching for, screening of, changing and terminating dealers Participate in annual agreement signing negotiation with all tier 1 dealers and some tier 2 dealers (if needed

What you’ll need

 

  • Well-developed holistic commercial understanding - understanding both core sales skills
  • Good communicational and presentation skill, logical thinking;
  • Hard working spirit, attention to details, eager to win, continuous learning;
  • Good team spirit, interpersonal and leadership skills 
  • Medical related college degree or above educational background
  • 2+ years sales experience with medical device/pharma in multinational company, experience in surgical or wound care area is preferred
  • Over 50% of working time on travels may be require
