Territory Manager WC
Position Title: Territory Manager – Wound Care- (Maternity Cover)
Location: MHC ANZ - South Island, New Zealand
Business Area: Commercial
Position Purpose:
- Identify and develop business opportunities for the Molnlycke brand within targeted accounts in order to maximise sales and contribution growth.
- Develop the Molnlycke brand profile with key decision makers and build added value relationships to ensure company sales targets are met.
- Maintain existing accounts while growing and diversifying into new accounts.
- Be fully conversant with Molnlycke goals, corporate strategy, and processes, and agile to respond to new objectives.
- Respect, respond, and provide excellent customer service and partnership.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve agreed sales targets for specified products to ensure that overall company growth is achieved.
- Promote Wound Care products to accounts, thereby building sales and relationships. Working in partnership to achieve the best outcome.
- Identify key decision makers in key accounts to ensure maximum sales are achieved in each account.
- Identify current usage and support forecasting requirements in key accounts, using appropriate reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain Sales Opportunities in alignment with CRM and Territory Business Plans in order to identify potential volume and gains.
- Analyse sales data and update CRM to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Have a full understanding of the NZ Contract framework. Identify opportunities for new tenders and changes to existing tenders so that maximum sales increase may be realised. Manage all tender activity in the territory in a proactive way so that we manage the process to the full advantage of Molnlycke.

Key Decisions
- Selection of Key accounts based on the opportunities presenting.
- Prioritisation of activity to ensure efficient and effective use of selling time.
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders within the territory
- Attendance of local conferences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree Qualified, Nursing or Health Care professional background is preferred
- Experience in HealthCare Sales and minimum 3 years in Sales Experience
- Strong Leadership, Strong Business Acumen and Territory Management , Strong selling skills, experience in CRM ( Salesforce/ Veeva) , strong communication skills, strong self-awareness

Working Environment
Travel locally, regionally and within New Zealand as required. Regional Territory cover 4 weekly cycle or as required
