As Clinical Specialist - Gloves, you are responsible for supporting the Territory Managers at Mölnlycke Health Care (MHC) specifically the Gloves Business Area. You will be responsible for clinically supporting the sales team, establishing strong customer relationships, and expanding market share for gloves within Australia and New Zealand.
To be successful in this role, you need to have the ability to identify and develop business opportunities within targeted accounts in order to maximise sales and growth. You’ll also have the skills to develop the Molnlycke brand profile with key decision makers and build added value relationships and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate MHC products and solutions.
Location: Auckland (Preferred)
What you’ll do
- Deliver product related programs to appropriate audiences and groups that position MHC product usage as outstanding solutions.
- Coordinate clinical activities with designated Region Manager and Territory Sales Managers to assist in the achievement of sales goals to improve patient and clinical outcomes.
- Identify key decision makers for the Gloves Market in New Zealand and develop them as KOLs for the Gloves business.
- Represent MHC at industry tradeshows, local conferences related surgical conferences.
- Achieve agreed sales target to ensure overall growth is achieved.
- Coordinate clinical activities with designated, Medical and Professional Affairs Manager and Territory Sales Managers to assist in the achievement of sales goals.
- Develop clinical KOL network and support them in activities such as case study development, quality improvement projects or clinical studies.

What you’ll need
- Relevant degree in Nursing or a related clinical specialty required
- Experience working in the OR environment
- Previous experience working for a medical product manufacturer as a clinical resource to sales would be well regarded.
- Excelling communication, presentation and time management skills
- Training and field support experience
- You are prepared to travel frequently within New Zealand and to Australia at least once a month
