We’re currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to work with our Integrated Marketing & Communications team.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events such as webinars, tradeshows, and networking sessions, including supporting on-site planning.
• Support social media efforts by maintaining the content calendar, drafting posts, and creating basic graphics to ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
• Help execute marketing campaigns by setting up, scheduling, and tracking performance across email, social, and digital channels.
• Contribute to content creation for blogs, case studies, and social media, collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems, ensuring data quality and supporting lead management processes.
• Provide general marketing support, including coordinating meetings, managing vendor communications, and assisting with budget tracking and invoice processing.

What You’ll Bring:

• BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience integrated healthcare marketing and communications.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing campaigns
• Experience in coordinating integrated campaigns across paid media, social, email, print, and experiential marketing channels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a methodical approach to tasks
