We're looking for an NA Operations Manager - Logistics Partnerships to lead the governance, performance, and continuous improvement of our North American third-party logistics network. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with 3PL and 4PL providers, driving operational excellence, service performance, inventory integrity, and cost efficiency across our distribution network while building strategic relationships that support our long-term growth. What You'll Do
As the leader responsible for logistics partner performance across North America, you will:
- Drive governance and operational performance management for our 3PL and 4PL providers.
- Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships, including executive-level engagement and escalation management.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), operational reviews, and performance discussions with logistics partners.
- Develop and manage scorecards, action plans, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to service, inventory, quality, productivity, safety, and compliance KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Quality, Transportation, Customer Service, IT, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support logistics partner selection, contract renewals, RFQs, and implementation of approved solutions.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse operating standards, and data integrity across outsourced operations.
- Utilize Power BI and enterprise reporting tools to track and analyze operational performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact service, compliance, or business continuity.

You're equally comfortable reviewing performance metrics, leading executive-level discussions, and driving accountability with external partners. You enjoy solving complex operational challenges and building collaborative partnerships that deliver measurable business results.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or 3PL/4PL operations.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success managing outsourced logistics providers through SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, corrective actions, and performance reviews.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Additional Information
- Travel approximately 25-35% within North America.
- Scope includes third-party distribution centers and outsourced logistics providers across the region.
- Serves as backup support for the NA Logistics Director as needed.
