We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and direct our Acute Wound Care business in Denmark and Norway. In this role you drive revenue targets and grow the organization in accordance with the global company targets. You play an important role in coaching and supporting the sales team members both in Denmark and Norway to establish the strong culture of learning and development. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute sales strategies for the Wound Care business in line with overall Mölnlycke strategy, maximizing sales and profitability:
  • Develop short and long-term business plans in order to reach objectives,
  • Identify and evaluate long-term market trends in order to exploit opportunities for future growth of profitable business and manage risks.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with the key opinion leaders and key customers
  • Build high-performing team with the goal of sustainable growth of Mölnlycke’s business
  • Manage the channel pipeline process with effective input into the Mölnlycke Business Model process via marketing and finance
  • Own and execute pricing strategies in line with local and Global guidelines to ensure profitability is managed effectively

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record in a senior healthcare/medical device sales management role
  • Strong people leadership and influencing skills with the ability to inspire others
  • A strategic thinker and an excellent communicator
  • University degree, Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent knowledge of procedures on Adverse Events and on Good Distribution Practice
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Fluent local language and English Language Skills
