Why Local Product & Activation Manager role matters

This position plays a key role in translating regional strategies into local action, ensuring our OR Solutions portfolio and BARRIER assortment are effectively positioned, activated, and supported in the market.

 

Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:

  • Develop and execute local tactical and activation plans
  • Structure and build frameworks for upcoming tenders
  • Support the tender team in managing active tender processes
  • Drive product launches, marketing initiatives, congresses, and customer events
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with local commercial teams and Regional Marketing
  • Build and share product expertise internally
  • Drive and implement digital marketing and omnichannel engagement activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
  • Manage local marketing activities and budgets while monitoring performance and results

 What you’ll bring

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, ideally within the med-tech sector.
  • Experience in product management and tender processes. A background in marketing (including digital or omnichannel activities) highly preferred.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholders across functions and levels, both internally and externally, with the ability to navigate a complex organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure work effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in an autonomous role with limited supervision.
  • A transparent and open-minded approach to collaboration, fostering a trustworthy and reliable work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish and fluent English.
