Position: Production Supervisor (Operations)

Are you passionate about leadership and continuous improvement? We are currently seeking a Supervisor for production operations at our Mikkeli factory. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the safety, well-being, and success of our employees in the final packaging area of Mölnlycke's largest business area, Wound Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production operations in the designated area.
  • Foster continuous development of personnel competence.
  • Assess personnel and recruitment needs.
  • Promote safety and well-being at work.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to achieve strategic goals.
  • Support the implementation of new production processes and equipment.
  • Cultivate a problem-solving culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement in methods and equipment.
  • While the role is for a day shift position, you must be willing and prepared to work across all shifts if required.

 

Competence Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of lean production preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Process-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
